I'm shocked.

College students think they are "speical"

Well not really.

I see this but it's not as big of deal here, probably because this is the upper midwest. I can see how it's much more prevelant in more liberal states. Why? Well perhaps teaching kids that they're always right makes them actually think they are. OMFG!!!! Another shocker. Our school system is getting to the point, in fact in many systems it already is, where students are never wrong. I've heard some teachers gripe how they can't even mark wrong answers on spelling tests. Couple that with anytime a kid trips and skins his knee his parents are dragged in for "Negligence/Abuse" what have you. It all adds up to a dismal future generation.

Perhaps we should start treating kids like....kids. Not other adults. This is why I worry about the future....
